In support of Northumberland National Park Mountain Rescue Team

First of all the team would like to wish everybody a happy new year and thank all our supporters for helping to raise money for The Northumberland National Park Mountain Rescue Team.

Kielder 4×4 Safari is proud to bring another you another year of Kielder safaris for the 4×4 enthusiast. We are announcing our new dates for 2015. So why not pop along to our bookings page to have a look and put the new dates in your diary.

A family oriented event where you will spend time with our guides driving through Kielder and Wark Forests. In the comfort of your own vehicle, you will get to drive a variety of tracks and trails through the heart of the forest, not normally accessible to the public.

The event is suitable for all makes of 4×4 and is intended to be as none damaging as possible, so suitable for new and older cars alike.

Bring the family, pack your picnic and come and join us.

For those with dogs, they are welcome too!

Some Important Changes

There are some important changes to the events this year, the first being that unfortunately we have had to raise the price of the events from £55 to £60. This is due to an increase in some of our operating costs and we want to cover these whilst maintaining the maximum level of support to Mountain Rescue, so I hope you will understand our reasons for doing this.

The other major change is that we are changing our name from Grand Tour of Northumberland to Kielder 4×4 Safari. This means that our website address will be changing to www.kielder4x4safari.co.uk and our email address will be changing also to info@kielder4x4safari.co.uk At the moment both old and new addresses and emails are working however the old ones will be gradually phased out so if you could update your bookmarks and address books now.
